Salsa is a partner dance where one partner leads and one partner follows.  Traditionally it is the men who lead and the women who follow.

Currently in some of our classes and courses we need to limit numbers in order to allow enough space and air flow – in these classes we are asking people to book the appropriate ticket (LEADER or FOLLOWER) in order to help with class management.

You are free to book either a LEADER or FOLLOWER ticket whether man or woman – but please note that whichever role you choose you will be dancing for the duration of the classes you have booked for – i.e. all evening (or all 8 weeks if you book  for a Beginner Course).

In some venues (Bristol & Clevedon) we run our BEGINNER level classes as 6 week courses – in others (Exeter) we run drop-in BEGINNER and TECHNIQUE levels to cover the same content.

Which one you book depends on which venue/area you wish to join our BEGINNER level.

All levels other than BEGINNER are run as drop-in weekly classes.

6 Week Beginner Courses

Bristol – Thursdays
